摘要
血管内皮因子(VEGF)是一种由各种正常细胞和肿瘤细胞合成和分泌的一种糖蛋白。VEGF家族包括VEGF-A,VEGF-B,VEGF-C,VEGF-D,PGF 5个成员,VEGF有3种受体,即:Flt-1,Flt-4,Flk-1/KDR。VEGF与受体结合具有促进血管内皮细胞的增生和提高血管通透性的作用。VEGF及其受体在雌性动物卵巢上的卵泡、黄体正常发育与维持,子宫内膜的周期性变化及胚胎发育与附植等方面均具有重要作用。
Vascular endothelial growth factor（ VECF） is one kind of protein synthesized and secreted by many normal and neoplastic cells. The family of VEGF includes five members including Vascular endothelial growth factor- A, Vascular endothelial growth factor- B, Vascular endothelial growth factor- C, Vascular endothelial growth factor- D and placental growth factor. Vascular endothelial growth factor has three receptors , they are called. Flt- 1, Flt- 4 and Flk- 1/KDR respectively. The proliferation of vascular endothelial cell and permeability of vessel are stimulated when the VEGF combines with its receptors. VEGF and its receptors have important role on the female＇s regular development and maintainance of follicular on ovarium and corpus, luteum, endometrial tissues＇ s regular changes and embryo＇ s development and implantation.
