采用分光光度法测定了黄秋葵花、果、叶三个不同食用部位的硝酸盐含量,最佳的显色剂用量为2.5mL,显色时间不超过30min,线性回归方程为A=0.0046+0.0364C,相关系数为0.9989,RSD为1.76%—2.28%,回收率96.1%—97.5%。
The nitrate in different different parts of okra (flower、fruit、 leaf) was determined by spectrophotometry. The optimal volume of chromogenic reagent is 2.5mL in coloring time of 30min. The linear regression equation is A=0.0046+0.0364C with the correlation coefficient of 0.9989 and RSD of 1.76%-2.28%. The recoveries are in the range of 96.1%-97.5%.
