摘要
研究了金属离子Ｅｕ３＋和ＡｌＵ＋对工人膜ＤＰＰＣ脂双层的络合作用及稳定性的核磁共振谱．实验结果表明，Ｅｕ３＋和Ａｌ们＋对ＤＰＰＣ脂双层头部基因的取向产生不同影响，同时一定浓度的金属离子对于ＤＰＰＣ脂双层的稳定性是有益的。
The experimental data on NMR spectra show that the complex reaction of Eu3+ and Al3+ion with DPPC bilayer lead to a structural change of the polar head group in DPPC bilayers. The exist of metal ions of moderate concentration can increase stubibility of DPPC bilayers.
