摘要
目的确定维生素K1中一主要光解产物的结构。方法采用硅胶柱层析法分离制备了该杂质,通过测定其紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振光谱(NMR)进行光解产物的结构分析。结果光解产物的结构为2-甲基-3-(3-羟基-3,7,11,15-四甲基-1-十六碳烯基)-1,4-萘醌。结论确定了光解产物的结构。
Objective To isolate and identify an unknown photolysis product in Vitamin K1. Methods A column chromatography method was used to prepare the impurity, and spectrometric analyses of ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum were carried out to identify its structure. Results Its structure is 2-methyl-3-(3-hydroxy-3, 7, 11, 15-tetramethyl-1-hexadecenyl)-l, 4-naphthoquinone. Conclusion The structure of the photolysis product has been identified.
