Effect of intensive swimming exercise on the muscle force and hemoglobin of rats

摘要 目的:观察大鼠过度疲劳后血红蛋白以及肌力和肌肉工作时间的变化。方法:实验于1999-04/06在成都体育学院运动实验中心完成。将24只大鼠随机分成2组,运动组(16只),每周训练5d,第1周不负重,训练时间60min;第2周负重量为体质量的1%,训练时间60min;第3周负重量为体质量的3%,训练时间60min;第4,5周负重量为体质量的6%,训练时间90min,训练时间5周。对照组(8只)每日笼内自由活动。每周5训练末,断尾取血以F-820全血细胞分析仪测血红蛋白以判断其过度疲劳的程度。第5周结束后,称重取血,再将大鼠麻醉,作肌肉最大等长收缩力及工作时间测定,以评估其运动能力。肌肉功能测定以仿Williams和wayne的方法,观察LZ3-100函数记录仪记录的肌肉等长收缩张力和工作时间。结果:24只大鼠均进入结果分析。①运动组大鼠第3周后出现过度疲劳症候,第5周末运动组血红蛋白量明显低于对照组犤(125.0±7.0),(146.4±11.1)g/L,P<0.01犦。②第5周末运动组绝对肌力低于对照组,相对肌力高于对照组犤(272.1±89.4),(306.6±84.8)g;(0.82±0.15),(0.73±0.12)g,P<0.01犦,工作时间长于对照组犤(24.3±5.9),(17.5±3.3)s犦。结论:运动量太大,超过了机体恢复能力的时候,其血红蛋白量显著降低,机体运动能力下降。通过一定时间的训练,肌肉的功能得到提高。即使出现过度疲劳,运动能力已开始降低时,局部肌肉仍保持较高的功能水平。 AIM: To observe the changes of hemoglobin, muscle force and muscular working time in rats after excessive fatigue. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the exercise experimental center of Chengdu Sport University from April to June 1999. Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into exercise group (n=16) and control group (n=8). In the exercise group, the rats were trained for 5 days every week for 5 weeks; no load for 60 minutes in the 1^st week; the rats were loaded with 1% of body mass for 60 minutes in the 2^nd week; the rats were loaded with 3% of body mass for 60 minutes in the 3^rd week; the rats were loaded with 6% of body mass for 90 minutes in the 4^th and 5^th weeks. In the control group, the rats could exercise freely in the cages every day. At the end of the 5^th week, the tails were cut down to obtain blood sample, hemoglobin was detected with the F-820 whole blood hematology analyzer to judge the degree of excessive fatigue. After 5 weeks, the rats were weighed and blood was drawn, and then the rats were anesthetized, the muscular maximal isometric contraction and working time were detected to assess the exercise ability. Muscular function was evaluated by imitating the methods of Williams and wayne, the muscular isometric contraction and working time were recorded by observing LZ3-100 functional recorder. RESULTS: All the 24 rats were involved in the analysis of results. ①The symptoms of excessive fatigue occurred in the exercise group after 3 weeks. The content of hemoglobin at the end of the 5^th week was obviously lower in the exercise group than in the control group [(125.0±7.0), (146.4±11.1) g/L, P 〈 0.01]. ② At the end of the 5^th week, the absolute muscle force in the exercise group was lower than that in the control group, the relative muscle force was higher than that in the control group [(272.1±89.4), (306.6±84.8) g; (0.82±0.15), (0.73±0.12) g, P 〈 0.01]; the muscular working time in the exercise group was longer than that in the control group [(24.3±5.9), (17.5±3.3) s]. CONCLUSION: The content of hemoglobin is significantly decreased and the exercise ability of organ is decreased if the amount of exercise is too large and exceeds the organic recovery ability. Muscular function can be improved through training for a certain time, local muscular function can still keep a higher level although there is excessive fatigue and exercise ability begins to decrease.
