有机聚合物热光效应光电器件研究进展 被引量:2

Research of Polymeric Optoelectronic Devices Based on the Thermo-Optic Effect

摘要 综述了基于有机聚合物热光效应的各种光电器件的研究进展,重点介绍了聚合物热光开关和聚合物热光衰减器的发展状况、技术特点和发展趋势,并提出了一种新的利用有机聚合物热光效应研制非制冷热成像器件的热探测机制. Recent research and advance in photonic devices and technologies based on the thermo-optic effect of the polymer are presented. Different features and future development of polymer thermo-optic switches and variable optical attenuator (VOA) are highlighted. A new system of thermal imaging devices by using thermo-optic effect of polymer is put forward.
