摘要
热释电探测原理在非制冷热成像领域得到重要应用 .铁电材料是主要的热释电探测材料 ,利用铁电材料制备的热释电探测器具有高阻抗、低损耗的特征 ,可以按照电流模式、电压模式或者电荷模式工作 .为了有效读出热释电探测器的热响应信号 ,需要利用前置放大器进行阻抗变换或者信号放大以及预处理 ,以便满足后续信号处理的要求 .本文以热释电探测器的前置放大电路为例 ,分析了不同工作模式下热释电探测器对前置放大电路的要求 。
Pyroelectric effects have found important applications in uncooled thermal imaging.As major pyroelectric materials,ferroelectrics show the characteristics of high impedance and low dielectric loss.Pyroelectric detectors made of ferroelectric materials can be operated in the current,voltage and electric charge modes.To read out the thermal responses from the pyroelectric detectors effectively and meet the needs of signal processing,preamplifiers must be used for the impedance conversion,amplification and pre_conditioning of the signals.In this paper,common preamplifiers were introduced.Requirements to the preamplifiers for pyrelectric detectors in different modes were summarized.Advantages of various preamplifiers used in integrated uncooled thermal imaging arrays were discussed.
