摘要
文章介绍了企业科技人员的特点,从高等职业院校高水平“双师型”教师的能力素质要求出发,阐述了企业科技人员成为“双师型”教师的条件和途径,希望对目前来自企业的在校教师有所帮助。
This paper introduces the characteristics of scientific and technical personnel from enterprise . According to the teacher＇s quality or ability of high level dual teacher in a higher vocational college, we discuss the condition and avenue of an engineer becoming a dual teacher. And we hope it can supply help to teachers who come from enterprise.
