摘要
用非抑制型电导检测的离子排斥色谱法,以对甲苯磺酸为淋洗液,研究了柠檬酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、乙醇酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸及氢氟酸和碳酸的色谱分离及定量检测条件。
he chromatographic conditions for separation and detection of organic acids and inorganic weak acids with ion exclusion chromatography and nonsuppressed conductivity detection are described in this paper.Chromatographic analysis was performed on an HIC-6A Ion Chromatography System(Shimadzu) with a conductivity detector of Model CDD-6A, a column of Shim-pack SCR-102H (8.0mm i.d.×30cm)and a mobile phase of aqueous solution of 0.5 mmol/L p -toluenesulfonic acid at a flow rate of 0.8mL/min. The column oven temperature was controlled at 40℃. The injection volume was 50μL. The detection limits(signal-to-noise ratio= 2:1) were 0.03μg/mL (citric acid), 0.03 μg/mL (malic acid), 0.006μg/mL (hydrofluoric acid), 0.23μg/mL(ascorbic acid), 0.02μg/mL (glycollic acid ) , 0.01μg/mL (formic acid), 0.15μg/mL (acetic acid), 0.29μg/mL (propionic acid )and 3.2μg/mL (carbonic acid )respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 1.20 % (n=7),and the detector responses were linear over two orders of magnitude( r =0.999)for each acid. Several beverage samples were analysed by using this method.
