摘要
通过邻苯二胺与环戊酮的β－羧酸酯缩合及催化氢化，合成了由环戊基与苯并二氮并环形成的新的苯并二氮类三环化合物。
The benzodiazepinic tricyclic compounds are very importment intermediates for some neurotropic agents.In order to study the activity-structure relationships of tricyclic ring and neurotropic agents,we synthesized new benzodiazepinic tricyclic compounds by condensing o-phenylenediamine with 2-carbethoxycyclopentanone and o-methyl-5-carbethoxycyclopentanone.
