摘要
本文报道在Spherisorb C_(18)柱上,以H_3PO_4-KH_2PO_4溶液作流动相(pH4.0),同时分离和测定胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、腺嘌呤和黄嘌呤5种生物碱基,用于人尿分析,标准加入回收率在92.5~105.5%之间.
In this poper, a method for the separation and determination of cytosine, uracil, thymine,adenine and xanthine on a spherisorb C_(18) column with H_3PO_4-KH_2PO_4 solution (pH4.0) as a mobile phase is developed. The method was used for determination of uracil and adenine in human urine,and recoveries of 92.5~105.5% were obtained,
