摘要
用循环伏安法研究了辅酶 B1 2 模型化合物 RCo(salen) L (R=n- C3 H7,i- C4H9;L=H2 O,py,γ-pic)的电化学行为 ,讨论了轴向碱基 L对氧化还原电位的影响。结果表明 :随着碱基 L给电子能力的增强 ,其氧化还原电位均发生负移。
The influence of the axial organic base on the electrochemical oxidation and reduction of the coenzyme B1 2 model compounds [R Co(salen) L ],where R=n- C3 H7,i- C4H9;L =H2 O, py,γ- pic was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry. It showed that the oxidation- reduc- tion potentials decreased with increasing electron- donating ability of the axial base L.
