摘要
目的探讨视神经损伤的诊断,评价分析其疗效和预后。方法总结分析25例26眼视神经损伤的临床资料。结果视神经损伤总体预后较差,早期的诊断和及时有效的综合治疗是提高视力的关键。结论伤后有视力者,两周内视神经减压术,视神经鞘减压术及药物的综合治疗疗效较好,伤后立即失明且2周内药物治疗无效者,预后较差。故眼外伤的预防至关重要。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis of the optic nerve damage, evaluating and analyzing the curative effect and prognosis. Methods The diagnosis and treatment materials of 25 cases with optic nerve damage were analyzed retrospectively. Results The optic nerve damage was a sort of eye trauma, and had unfavourable prognosis commonly. Early diagnosis and effective complex treatment in time is the key to improve eyesight. Conclusions The curative effect of complex treatment include 2 weeks inner optic nerve decompress operation, optic nerve theca decompress operation and medicament is very well for the patients having vision after being wounded, but isn＇t favorable for the patients losing visual acuity immediately after being wounded. The significance of preventing from eye trauma should be emphasized.
