摘要
目的 评价视神经鞘减压术的疗效。方法 2 0例管内段视神经间接损伤患者中 (视力光感者 3例 ,无光感者 17例 ) 5例施视神经管减压开放术 ,9例施视神经鞘减压术 ,6例拒绝接受手术 ,使用药物治疗。结果 5例视神经管减压开放术 ,治疗效果均不明显。 9例视神经鞘减压术中 ,3例治疗效果显著。 6例药物治疗者 ,治疗效果均不明显。结论 视神经鞘减压术治疗管内段视神经间接损伤 ,此方法有效可行。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of decompression of optic nerve sheath in the patients with indirect injury of the intracanalicular portion of the optic nerve.Methods Decompression of optic nerve canal was performed in 5 patients and decompression of optic nerve sheath was performed in 9 patients and drugs were administrated to 6 patients refusing to perform surgery among 20 cases,17 patients without light perception and 3 with light perception.Results Decompression of optic nerve canal in 5 cases and drug treatment in 6 cases have no obvious therapeutic efficacy.Significant visual improvement was found in 3 cases among 9 cases with decompression of optic nerve sheath and the therapeutic effectiveness was 33.33%.Conclusions Decompression of optic nerve sheath can be performed on patients with indirect injury of the intracanalicular portion of the optic nerve.This method is effective and applicable.
