摘要
评价了拟合稻谷等温线的4种最常用的数学模型对我国不同类型的稻谷(籼稻、粳稻、糯稻)、糙米和精米吸附与解吸等温线数据的拟合效果。结果表明,Strohm an-Yoerger模型最适合拟合籼稻(包括糙米和精米)、粳稻的吸附与解吸等温线及糯稻的吸附等温线,而修正Osw in模型(MONE)最适合拟合糯稻的解吸等温线。
Fitting effects of the four most common mathematic models among rice isotherms to adsorption and desorption isotherms of different types of rough rice ( long-grain non-glutinous rice, short-grain non-glutinous rice, glutinous rice) , browri rice and polished rice in China were evaluated. The results showed that Strohman-Yoerger model could be most adaptable for fitting the adsorption and desorption isotherms of long-grain non-glutinous rice ( including brown rice and polished rice)and short-grain non-glutinous rice. Yet the modified Oswin model ( MOSE ) could be most adaptable for fitting the desorption isotherms of glutinous rice.
