摘要
目的:探讨丹膝颗粒对大鼠及沙土鼠脑血管损伤的影响。方法:采用VII型胶原酶注入大脑,复制大鼠脑出血模型;结扎沙土鼠单侧颈总动脉,复制脑缺血病理改变;电凝法阻断大鼠脑中动脉,造成局灶性脑缺血模型。结果:丹膝颗粒能减轻VII型胶原酶所致大鼠脑出血损伤,缓解结扎沙土鼠颈总动脉而出现的脑缺血症状,缩小大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的脑梗塞灶,减轻脑梗塞后的神经行为障碍。结论:丹膝颗粒对大鼠及沙土鼠局灶性脑血管损伤有明显保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of DANQI granules on the injury of cerebral vessels in rats and gerbilles. Methods:Made rat cerebral hemorrhage model by injecting Ⅶ collagenase into the brain. And duplicated the pathological changes of the cerebral ischemia by ligating the half cephalic artery of the gerbille. Establishded the focal cerebral infarction modal by block the arteria cerebri media of the rats using electrocoagulation. Results: DANQI granules can decrease the damage of cerebral hemorrhage by Ⅶ collagenase. And ease the symptom of gerbille cerebral ischemia by ligating of cephalic artery. It also can minificate the focus of cerbral infarction and improved the nerve and behavior disorder due to cerbral infarction in rats. Conclusions: DANQI granules had obviously protective effect on focal injury of cerebrals vessel in rats and gerbilles.
