摘要
探析“损其心者,调其营卫”的中医学含义和现代临床意义,阐述营卫病变与冠心病的关系,认为“损其心者,调其营卫”在冠心病治疗中的意义有三:一是不言补泻,而言调和,提示恢复机体正常生理平衡是治疗冠心病的基本原则;二是调其营卫,即调和血脉,维持血脉正常运行是治疗冠心病的主要手段;三是拓宽了冠心病的治疗思路,凡是能使阴阳气血归于平衡、脉络免受损伤的方法均应纳入冠心病的治疗思路。
This article probe into the implication of “Heart defieiented, regulate it＇s Ying-Wei” in TCM and modem clinical. Elaborate the relationship between Ying-Wei and CHD. There are three signifieanees of “Heart defieiented,regulate it＇s Ying-Wei” in curing CHD. One is stressing “regulate” instead of “Bu and Xie”. It mentions that the basic principle of curing CHD is resuming the body＇s physiological balance. The seneond,regulate Ying-Wei just is regulate blood-vessel, keeping blood-vessel circulate fluently is the major method of euringCHD. The third is expand the train of thought. All the methods witch can keep the balance of Yin-Yang and protect blood-vessel from injur should bring into the method of curing CHD.
