摘要
当代我国社会中,政治伦理的基本问题,是关于国家、社会、个人之间的关系问题。就国家与社会的政治伦理关系而言,国家应该以社会为本位,国家是为社会而存在的,是为社会服务的,而不是相反;社会应该以个人为本位,社会是以个人为基础的,社会是为个人服务的,而不是相反。作为个体的人,对国家、对社会来说,都是最高贵的、最重要的,是它们存在的根据和前提。
The fundamental problem of contemporary political ethics in our society is the relationship among state, society and individual, The article concludes that state should be based on the society considering the political ethic relationship between the state and the society, the aim of state lies for the society and serves for the society instead of the contrary. The society should be based on the individual, the society serve for the individual instead of the contrary. As for the state and the society, individual human being is the most important and the holiest, which is the existing basis and precondition of the state and the society.
