摘要
从现代工程技术特点及工程技术人才的工程素质分析着手,以食品专业为例,对传统实验教学中工程素质培养方面存在的不足进行了分析,并对案例法引入食工专业实验教学进行了初步探讨。
This article analyses the inadequacy in fostering students' engineering quality with the example of foodstuff specialty. It also inquires about case analysis introduced into experimental teaching.
