摘要
目的:研制双黄连颗粒剂并进行质量考察。方法:选用明胶、甘露醇和甜菊苷等作为矫味剂制备双黄连颗粒剂,并考察其防潮性能。结果:当药物∶明胶∶甘露醇配比为1∶2∶1.5时,双黄连味甜,绝大部分颗粒疏松;放置30d时吸潮率为5.51%。结论:本双黄连颗粒剂制备工艺简单、口味甜、防潮性能优越,与已报道文献相比辅料用量少且崩解快,值得开发和推广。
Objective: To research and prepare Shuanghuanglian granules. Methods: To choose gelatin and mannitol as corrective agents for preparing Shuanghuanglian granules and to investigate its humidity resistance. Results: When the proportion of Shuanghuanglian, gelatin and mannitol is 1 : 2 : 1.5, Shuanghuanglian granules have the bitter taste, water absorption is 5.51% in one month. Conclusion: Shuanghuanglian granules have good taste and good humidity resistance. Their preparation process is simple and the content of excipient is low.
