摘要
本文以栎松口蘑子实体作为分离材料,对子实体的不同部位进行组织分离,接入黑木耳菌丝-马铃薯综合培养基上进行培养试验,获得栎松口蘑试管母种,菌褐分离成功率50%,菌柄基部和菌肉分离成功率15%,菌柄上部中央与外缘分离成功率10%。
In this paper, different parts of fruitbody of Trieholoma bakamatsutake have been cultivated in the Auricularia aurlcula mycelia-Potato culture medium. The results showed that the cuvette mother culture was acquired and the respective separate rate of lamella, stipe bottom and flesh, stipe center-top and bordering was 50%, 15% and 10%.
