松茸T_2菌株培养基碳氮源的选择及优化 被引量:2

摘要 研究了碳氮源对松茸T2菌株生长的影响,结果表明:25种碳源中,淀粉、玉米粉和葡萄糖的利用效果较好;26种氮源中,酵母浸膏和牛肉浸膏的利用效果较好。选取不同水平的玉米粉、葡萄糖和酵母浸膏作为碳源和氮源,采用三因素二次回归正交旋转设计试验建立了回归模型,确定了最佳培养基成分配比为:玉米粉2·00%、葡萄糖2·00%、酵母浸膏0·55%。用该培养基,在选定培养条件下菌落直径达到了3·18cm,比对照的2·50cm提高了30·0%。 The paper investigated the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelium growth of T. matsutake T2. The results showed that corn flour and dextrose were the best carbon sources, yeast extract and beef extract were the best nitrogen sources. Corn flour, dextrose and yeast extract were chosen as carbon and nitrogen sources in this paper. The effects of these three factors on mycelium growth were studied and the regression equation of mycelium growth was established. The results showed that optimum culture medium ingredients were: corn flour 2.00% , dextrose 2.00% and yeast extract 0.55% . The diameter of a colony was increased by 30.0% from 2.50cm to 3.18cm when the strain was cultivated in the optimal medium as compared with the control.
