摘要
文中收集了４３例经手术及病理确诊听神经瘤患者的临床资料，发现听神经瘤患者的首发症状多为听力下降，其次为耳鸣、共济失调、头痛、眩晕、面部麻木等。对有上述主诉的患者进行病史分析、听力检查及影像学检查，并行动态追踪观察，综合本病的特征，以提高听神经瘤的早期诊断率。
case,of acoustic neuroma pathologically confirmed after the operations were analyzed.The results show that the original symptoms of acoustic neuroma commonly were tinnitus and hearing loss。The patiants with tinnitus,deafness,vertigo and idiopathic sudden deafness,should be diagnosed on their case histories,audiometric measurement and imaging measurement,and follow up to improve the initial diagnostic of acousis neuroma.
