摘要
利用细胞微管吸吮实验系统对正常及活化状态下中性粒细胞(PMN)的变形能力及其改变作单细胞定量研究,结果显示PMN的变形能力在内毒素刺激活化条件下迅速降低,1小时内降至最低,以后随刺激时程的延长,PMN仍维持于该变形能力降低状态。活化PMN变形能力显著降低有助于PMN在脏器组织的滞留,从而发挥消灭病原微生物及引起炎性损伤的作用。
Monocellular quantitative study on the deformabllity of normal and activated polymorphonu-clear neutrophil(PMN) was performed by micromanipulation technique. The results showed that treatment of PMN with endotoxin caused a rapid decrease in cell deformobility. This change reached to minimum within 1 hour and maintained in this condition with the prolongation of exposure to endotoxin. The decreased de-formability of activated PMN is helpful for PMN sequestration in tissue so as to destroy the infectious microorganisms and mediate the inflammatory tissue damages.
