摘要
规范诉权与审判权行使的方式离不开内含特定时空条件的明确的具体规则,然而如何确保两者之间良性互动,最大限度地实现公正,仅靠具体的规则还不够,还需要完善民事诉讼法基本原则体系。诚实信用原则应当成为我国民事诉讼法的一项基本原则。
The exercising way of standard suit and justice rights depends on concrete rules. Yet, how Should we keep the good reaction between them to realize the full justice？ It＇s not enough only to depend on concrete rules. We must perfect the basic principle system of civil procedures. The honest credit principle should be a basic principle of civil litigation law.
