摘要
目的:分析深圳地区支原体对抗生素的敏感性,为临床治疗提供实验室依据。方法:采用法国梅里埃液体培养法进行解脲脲原体和人型支原体培养鉴定及药物敏感试验。结果:953例支原体阳性标本中,Uu阳性635例、Mh阳性55例、Uu+Mh合并阳性263例。单独解脲脲原体阳性者对环丙沙星耐药率最高为87%,而单独人型支原体阳性或两者混合感染者对红霉素耐药率最高,分別为94.6%和85.16%。结论:支原体的药物敏感度检测,对于掌握支原体的流行状况和耐药程度,临床选择用药有重要的参考意义。
Objective: To analyze antibiotic suscepbility of Mycoplasma strains isolated in Shenzhen and to guide the clinical treatment. Methods: The tests of isolation, identification and antibiotic susceptibility were carried out. Results: Out of 953 isolates of Mycoplasma, 635 were the mono- infection by ureaplasme urealysis, 55 were the mono- infection by mycoplasma hominis and 263 were co- infection by both. Ureaplasma urealytion showed the highest resistance (87%) to ciprofloxacin, Mycoplasma hominis infection and coinfection of both mycoplasma appeared the highest resistance to erythromycin being 94.6% and 85. 16% repectively . Conclusion: It is important to trace prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Mycoplasma and guide clinical treatment by surveying Mycoplasma susceptibility to antibiotics.
