摘要
作者就宁夏医学院附属医院肿瘤外科１９９２～１９９４年９月收治的９４例胃上部癌，对其中应用消化道管状吻合器经腹行根治性近端胃大部切除或全胃切除的２０例，进行了以下方面的分析和探讨：①胃上部癌经腹根治的切除范围、手术原则和手术要点。②使用吻合器的注意事项、有关并发症和处理。③作者根据胃上部癌的某些生物学特性和食管下段的解剖学特点，探讨经腹根治胃上部癌的手术适应证以及对本术式的评价。
cases with upper gastric cancer were treated between 1992 and September,1994.of these, 20 cases had abdominal cavity operations by radical resection of the proxi-mal portion of the stomach or total gastrectomy with tube shaped digestive tract staplinginstrument.The following aspects of these operation cases were discussed :1) The limits,principles and essentials of this resection operation,2) the points for attention,the compli-cation and its disposition that concerns the use of this stapler,and3)the indication for theopration and the evaluation for the way of which,
