摘要
论述了网络信息资源质量评价的必要性。分析信息和信息质量的概念和信息的外部供应商——顾客/用户的关系模型,在此基础上讨论网络信息资源评价的基本标准。
The necessity of the quality evaluation for the online information resources is discussed. Based on the analysis of the concepts of information and quality, as well as the model of the external provider——customer/user relationship, the paper discusses some basic criteria to evaluate network information resources.
