摘要
目的:探讨远志皂苷(TS)对大鼠心肌缺血后再灌注导致的损伤的保护作用及作用机制。方法:结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型;缺血同时静脉缓慢注射远志皂苷,测定其对损伤大鼠血清中 CPK 及心肌组织中 SOD 和 NO 生成的影响,并测定心肌梗死的重量。结果:TS 可以抑制大鼠血清 CPK 的升高和心肌组织中 NO 的形成,提高 SOD 的活力,减少大鼠心肌梗死的范围。结论:TS 可以减轻大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤,作用的机制可能和抗氧自由基及 NO 自由基的形成有关。
Objective:The effect and mechanism of tenujfolie saponin (TS)against myocardium injured by ischemia and reperfusion in rats was studied.Methods: Acute ischemia/reperfusion model was made by ligating the left anterior desxending branch of coronary artery in rats.When ischemia occurred, the rats were intravenously administered TS.The activity of creatine phosphokinase(CPK)was tested and superoxide dismtase(SOD), NO of myocardium in rats were also measured, and the dimension of myocardial infarction was measured. Results: TS improved the SOD activites, inhibited the nitric oxide(NO)production on myocardium and also decreased the production of CPK in serum on ischemia/reperfusion rots respectively.Conclusiton: TS showed protective effect against myocardial ischernia and reperfusion injured, to resist the damaging of oxygen free radical and NO free radical.
