摘要
为了在广西电网发生事故时能在尽可能短的时间内按照《广西电网黑启动方案》恢复供电,提出了水电厂及变电站黑启动应注意的问题:水电厂应在油罐中剩余油压尚能满足操作要求的情况下,尽快恢复水轮机的运转及恢复厂用电;变电站在全停电最初1 h内做好相应的恢复供电操作,根据电源的容量预测切掉一些不重要的负荷线路,使电源恢复后变电站能自动来电,恢复正常操作。
In order to recover operation after network accident as soon as possible according to “Black Startup Plan of Guangxi Electric Power Grid”, mentioned problems are pointed our about black start-up at hydroelectric power station and substation： Rotation of hyduaulic turbine and house service power has to be recovered immediately when the residual oil pressure in the tank will yet be sufficient for operation; in substation, with in the first black hour, related operation procedure has to be prepared, and such outlines as not so important has to be cut off according to forecasted automatically as soon as the power incoming power capacity, so that source comes again. normal power supply may be recovered
