摘要
以三辛基十二烷基铵-四苯硼缔合物为电活性物质、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯为溶剂介体研制了四苯硼根涂碳PVC膜离子选择电极,测试了它的性能,结果良好:以它为指示电极、四苯硼钠标准溶液为滴定剂,用电位滴定法测定了片剂中黄连素的含量,结果与药典法一致.本文还用该电极测试计算了四苯硼钾、四苯硼银和四苯硼黄连系的溶度积常数,前二者与文献一致,后者尚未见报导.
The coated carbon PVC matrix membrane tetraphenylboron (TPB-) ion-se-lective electrode was prepared and developed with trioctylodoe cylammonium-TPB aselectroactive material and disisooctylphthalate as mediater solvent. The electrode char-acteristics were measured with good result. The content of berberine in its hydrochlo-ride tablets were determined by potentiometer titration using the TPB- electrode as indi-cation eletrode and NaTPB standard solution as titrant. The result obtained was in ac-cordance with the that of Chinese Pharmacopoeia method. The solubility product con-stants were measured and calculated for K-TPB, Ag-TPB and berbrine-TPB, the for-mer two values were well agreement with the values of the literature.
