摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法对小学、初中、高中以及职业中学4类学校专职教师的自我效能、集体效能以及工作压力进行了研究,结果表明:1.性别、教龄分段、学校类型等不同的变量水平下教师工作压力水平具有显著的差异。2.教师教学效能感和教师集体效能感存在显著正相关,教师教学效能感和教师集体效能感总分与压力总分之间存在显著负相关。回归分析表明:教师集体效能感总分对工作压力的预测力最强,性别、教龄分段以及教师自我效能感总分也进入回归方程。
651 teachers from different Primary schools, Junior middle schools, Senior middle schools and technical secondary schools are tested on the different conditions of the teachers' efficacy, their collective efficacy and their work stress by questionnaire. The results indicate that ( 1 ) On Different variable levels, for example, sex, school age and school type, the teachers' stress scores are significantly different. The scores of work stress of male teachers are significantly higher than those of the female teachers. The scores of teaching age one( 1 - 5years) in work stress are significantly lower than those of teaching age three ( 16 - 25years). The work stress scoures of primary school teachers are significantly lower than those of junior middle school teachers and senior middle school teachers, the work stress scores of junior middle school teachers are significantly lower than those of senior middle school teachers, and significantly higher than those of technical school teachers, the scores of work stress of senior middle school teachers are significantly higher than those of technical school teachers. (2) Teachers' self efficacy (SE) is positively related to teachers' collective efficacy (CE), and they are negatively related to work stress. After conducting regression analysis, it is found that CE can predict work stress most effectively, and the teachers' SE variable also enters the equation.
