摘要
团体效能感是团体对组织和实施成就行为的联合能力的共同信念。目前研究者提出了四种测量团体效能感的方法,即简单整合法、团体讨论法、团体能力整合法以及测量成员团体效能感的一致性程度的方法,这四种方法孰优孰劣尚在争议中。团体效能感与自我效能感有相似的信息源,并受到交流程度、团体规模等团体特征的影响。此外,它与团体绩效、团体凝聚力等因素显著相关,也与一些个体变量相关。在未来的研究中需进一步对团体效能感测量方法、作用机制、因果关系等进行探讨。
Perceived collective efficacy is defined as a group's shared belief in its conjoint capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to produce given levels of attainments. The four methods of measuring perceived collective efficacy put forward by researchers are: simple integration, group discussion, integration of group capacity, and measuring the consistency of group efficacy. It is still under discussion which measure is better than the others. Perceived collective efficacy is a group-level attribute and affected by the level of communication, group size and so on besides mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion and affective state. Furthermore, it is correlated to group performance, sense of self-efficacy, group cohesion and so on. Finally, the author states that the measurement, functionary mechanism of perceived collective efficacy needs to be improved.
