摘要
本文在生命理论的基础上阐述了现代企业的类生命机理,分析了企业的类生命性质,揭示了有机式组织和机械式组织与生命体在结构上和环境的适应性上具有内在的相似性,并比较了企业与生命体在进化过程上的相似特性,为生命理论在企业研究上的交叉运用找到依据并提供可行性。
This text indicate life characteristic of modern enterprise on the foundation of life theories, analyzes the difference between organic organization , mechanistic organization and life organization, announces adaptation of Organic organization, mechanistic organization to environment is Resemble of and can be compared of, compares the resemblance characteristic between enterprise and life, finds out the basis and provide the possibility for life theories＇ application on the enterprise theory.
