摘要
对城市生活需水量进行科学地分析和预测是满足城市生活发展需求、保证水资源合理规划的前提。根据城市生活需水量的特性,将灰色新信息GM(1,1)模型的建模方法引入到城市生活需水量的预测中,建立相应的预测模型。并建立起一套系统的城市生活需水量预测方法,为城市水资源规划提供决策参考,具有理论和实践意义。
Scientific analysis and forecast to city life water requirement is the precondition to meet the need of city development and to ensure reasonable layout of water resources programming. According to characters of city life water requirement, the method of model building about Grey Model GM （ 1, 1 ） is introduced to the forecast of city life water requirement model, and it has important practical value when the absolute value of developing coefficient is less than 2 in the model. A systematic forecast method for city life water requirement is established, and it has theoretical and practical significance to provide a reference for city water resources programming.
