摘要
试验选用20只经产德国白兔×四川白兔的横交二世代母兔,用放射免疫分析法洲定了母兔在妊娠期、哺乳期血清雌二醇(CE_2)、孕酮(P_4)、促乳素(PRL)的变化规律,同时观察了母兔血配和哺乳期不同配种时间的受胎率。结果表明:配种3天内,雌二醇、孕酮含量变化不大,分别为23.32±4.63、1.94±0.58pg/mL;第6天时,雌二醇含量上升23%,孕酮则上升43%;第10～12天两者都达到最高峰值,含量分别为30.18±8.09、4.80±1.21pg/mL。雌二醇在妊娠期有2个波峰,出现在第10～12天和第19～22天。孕酮则只有一个波峰,出现在第10～12天。雌二醇、孕酮含量在临产前均降至配种初期的水平。产后当天雌二醇、促乳素含量均较低,分别为19.75±2.60pg/mL、70.85±25.77ng/mL,孕酮含量个体间差异较大。哺乳期促乳素有3个高峰,出现在产后第2天、第15天和第30天,含量在116.0ng/mL 左右。雌二醇在哺乳期有2个波峰,出现在产后第5～7天和第20天,但最高值出现在产后第20天,含量40.93±8.77pg/mL。因此,母兔产后血配应在当天进行,哺乳期适宜的配种时间可从产后18天开始。
20 does of German White×Sichuan White were selected to assay dynamic changes of serum estradiol(CE_2),Progesterone (P_4) and prohctin (PRL) during pregnancy and lactation by radioimmuno-assay(RIA).In the meantime,conception rate was observed on im- mediate mating after delivery (blood mating) and different mating intervals during lactation.Re- sults showed that during pregnancy,changes of CE_2 and P_4 were recorded in the first three days after mating,23.34±4.6 and 1.9±0.6pg/mL respectively.CE_2 and P_4 level increased 23% and 43% respectively at 6th day comparing with that at third day.Both hormones reached their peaks at 10～12 days,level were 30.2±8.1 and 4.8±1.2pg/mL.CE_2 showed two peaks at 10 ～12 days and 19～22 days during pregnancy and P_4 had only one peak at 10～12 days.Prior to delivery both hormones dropped to levels as beginning days after mating. The levels of CE_2 and PRL were low at the delivery day,19.8±2.6pg/mL and 70.9±25. 8ng/mL.P_4 sevel differs from each individual animal.PRL showed three peaks during lactation: 2nd,15th and 30th day,levels reached 116.0ng/mL.CE_2 displayed 2 peaks in lactation,at 5～ 7th and 20th day,with the highest level of 40.9±8.8pg/mL at 20th day.It is concluded'blood mating'should be conducted within 12h after delivery,and adequate mating time during lacla- tion can start from 18 days onwards.
