摘要
用放射免疫测定法测定了７头黑白花奶牛发情周期血液中５种生殖激素的含量。ＦＳＨ：平均值８．９０±２１．６８ｎｇ／ｍｌ，第１天２．３４±１．４９ｎｇ／ｍｌ，之后处于低水平，８天出现高峰２８．５８±６４．４５ｎｇ／ｍｌ；ＬＨ：平均值４．１３±１０．６８ｎｇ／ｍｌ，发情后１２ｈ最高２９．１５±１６．６２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，之后处于低水平；ＰＲＬ：平均值２０．４５±１２．００ｎｇ／ｍｌ，全周期变化较大，１天出现高峰４３．１±２８．６２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，６天和１４天有两个较高的峰３５．４３±３１．３３ｎｇ／ｍｌ和３４．８８±２７．５８ｎｇ／ｍｌ；Ｐ４：平均值２．９６±１．８５ｎｇ／ｍｌ，全周期变化不大，０天２．７０±１．３３ｎｇ／ｍｌ，８～１２天形成台状峰３．０１～３．６３ｎｇ／ｍｌ，１５天再出现一峰，遂下降至发情；Ｅ２：全周期处于低水平，发情后１２ｈ最高２３．２３±１７．３１ｐｇ／ｍｌ，遂下降，至５天、９天升高，出现两个峰。了解了５种激素的基础数据及它们之间的消长。
The Concentrations of five kinds of reproductive hormone in the peripheral blood of seven dairy cows are measured by radioimmunoassay throughout the oestrous cycle. FSH:mean value is 8.90±21 68ng/ml and 2.34±1 49ng/ml on the 1st day,the concentration is at the low level while the highest peak appears (peak values 28.58±64 45ng)on the eighth day. LH:The mean value is 4.13±10 68ng/ml,LH Lever 12hr 1ater after the period of heating onset is highest(peak values 29.15±16 62ng/ml),following the lower level. PRL:The mean value is 20.45±12 00ng/ml.There is a shar p variation during the whole period of heating onset.The three peaks appear on the first day,the sixth day,the fourteenth day and the values are 43.1±28 62ng/ml,35.43±31 33ng/ml,34.88±27 58ng/ml,respectively. P4:The mean value is 2.96±1 85ng/ml.There is no sharp variation during the whole cycle.The concentration is 2.70±1 33ng/ml on the zero day.Following the platform shaped peak is formed from the eighth day to the twelfth day(peak value 3.01-3.63ng/ml),the level falls down until the period of heating onset begins,while one peak appears on the fifteenth day. E 2:The concentration is at a lower level during the oestrous cycles.It arrives23.23±17 31ng/ml 12hr later after the period of heating onset,then falls down to the low level while the two peaks appear on the fifth day and ninth day. The elementary data of these five hormones and the relation of the variation among these five hormones are unraveled through this experiment.
