摘要
“双城记”现象在全国范围内各个省市都有典型存在,本文以“成渝双城记”为例,通过对双城效应产生原因和存在问题分析基础上,提出解决双城效应带来的负面影响对策,使得西部城市在优惠政策下,以成渝两地发展为中心,形成“哑铃共同体”城市都市圈不断向周边城市群辐射,带动整个西部经济发展,最终形成一个超大规模经济的都市带。
By taking Cheng- Yu two cities notese as an example, the author puts forward some measures to deal with the side effects produced by two - cities effect on the basis of analysis the causes and existing problems of the phenomenon.These suggestions are instructions to the economic development of cities in western China.A large - scale econornic zone of modem dries in western China is supposed to emerge soon with the further implementation of favorable policy and the radiation of periphery city.As a result, there will be an economic boom in western region.
