摘要
采用实验、调查、检测、统计等方法,对早餐营养干预前后体育系学生的营养素摄入量、术科课中的血糖水平和运动耐力指标进行对比研究,结果显示:早餐营养干预可以使体育系学生上午术科课时血糖维持在较理想的水平,运动耐力也有明显的提高。
By means of experiment, survey, test and statistics, authors compare and investigate the nutrition taking - in amount, the blood sugar level in technical classes and the sport endurance indexes of the PE students before and after breakfast nutrition interference. The result shows that breakfast nutrition interference can maintain the blood sugar in a rather ideal level and obviously raise their sport endurance in the morning technical classes.
