摘要
在相转移催化剂的作用下,醛类和氯仿在碱性介质中反应生成苯甘氨酸、丙氨酸等α-氨基酸。
A series of α - aminoacid , including phenylglycine and α - aminopropanoic acid , are synthesized by the reaction of aldehydes and chloroform in the presence of phase- transfer catalyst and basic- medium.
