煤等离子体热解制乙炔结焦的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 煤等离子体热解制乙炔为乙炔的洁净生产提供了新的路线,具有很好的工业前景。简述了催化结焦、气相结焦、自由基结焦三种结焦方式,重点阐述了煤在等离子体下热解结焦的机理,并介绍了国内外解决结焦的方法。 Arc plasma pyrolysis of coal provides a new approach to produce acetylene from coal. It has great industrial prospect. Three mechanisms for carbon deposition were summarized in the paper. The mechanism of carbon deposition in the process of coal plasma pyrolysis was mainly elucidated. Some countermeasures to avoid the problem in the world were introduced.
