煤等离子体裂解制乙炔的研究 被引量:10

摘要 煤在等离子体中裂解可得到以乙炔为主要成分的裂解气。本文介绍了该工艺的原理、反应器结构、主要影响因素和工艺开发中的若干问题等。到目前为止已投入运转的最大反应器,其功率已达1.25MW,加煤量450kg/h以上。以碳计算的乙炔转化率约30%~40%,个别数据更高;最低能耗为9~10kWh/kg乙炔。 The processing of pulverised coal in a hydrogen plasma heated by an electric arc produces acethylene as main product.This paper describes the principle of this technology,reactor construction,important influence factors and some problems in its development etc. At present a pilot plasma reactor with a maximum electric power input of 1.25 MW is operated in Huels AG,FRG,and its coal feed reaches over 450kg/h.The acethylene conversion calculated on carbon atom is mostly 30%~40%,sometimes quite high.The lowest energy consume has been reduced to 9~10 kWh/kg C_2H_2.
