摘要
利用已知丝素基因和丝胶基因的克隆片段（ｐＦｂ＿（１００），ｐＳｒ＿（１００））为探针和１２个限制性内切酶，对家蚕基因组ＤＮＡ进行了限制性片段长度多态性分析。结果表明，其ＤＮＡ多态性可用作家蚕基因图谱的分子标记。
The clones of fragments of fiborin gene(pFb_(100))and sericin

resultsindicated that the restriction fragment length polymorphic DNA could be served as the
