摘要
部分切除于休眠中的苍山蒜的贮藏叶,结果发现,纵切能够打破休眠、明显加快了芽瓣比分化和叶数的增长;呼吸增强;吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性在蒜瓣休眠和萌发过程中逐渐下降,与芽瓣比有极显著的负相关关系,贮藏叶的纵切加快了这一进程;过氧化物酶活性在处理后高于对照;多酚氧化酶活性和单宁含量对伤害也很敏感;还原糖和果糖含量的变化未发现明显的规律。
The result showed: the dormancy was removed by vertical,which significantly increased bud clove ratio and the differentiated leaf numbers, and strengthend the respiration;The activity of IAA ox idase drapped gradually during dormancy and germination and was signifi-canutlyanegativily correlated with the bud clove ratio, This change was intensified by the vertical cut of storage leaf;The activity of proxidase was higher in the cut clove in contron;The activity of polyphenol oxidase and content of tannin were sensitive to the storage cut;The pattern of changes in the contenis of reducing sugar and fructose we-ren't discovered.
