摘要
人民币升值的问题已引起世人重视。通过评析当前有关人民币汇率升值的争论及其依据,可以得出人民币汇率升值所产生的最终结果将是弊大于利。在当前升值压力巨大的背景下,我国应当采取独立自主的汇率政策,维持人民币汇率的稳定,继续实行有管理的浮动汇率制度,同时渐进式调整完善人民币的汇率形成机制。
The problem about appreciation of RMB has drawn people＇attention. By making a review and analysis of the arguments and argumentations for appreciation of RMB, this paper analyses the influence after appreciation of RMB. The conclusion is that appreciation of RMB will make the situation worse. So, under the pressure from appreciation of RMB, we should adopt independent exchange rate policy, keep the RMB exchange rate stable and practice directive floating rate institution. Meanwhile, the formation of RMB exchange rate mechanism should be adjusted and improved gradually.
