摘要
城市的集群发展已经成为城市发展的重要趋势之一。在国家和湖北省的经济发展中,荆州市及周边城市一直没有得到政策的扶持,逐渐地被“边缘化”了。荆州市在新一轮的经济发展中,必须与荆门、襄樊、宜昌等城市一道集群发展,走中小城市“互补型”发展的集群之路,盘活存量资产,利用城市间的产业集群扩大增量,与“武汉都市圈”共同承担起“中部崛起”的重任,振兴湖北经济。
It becomes one of the important trends that cities develops in group. The city of Jingzhou and perimeter cities have not attained policy support yet , and little by little be driven“ to the edge turns” in the economic use of the intercity industry group to increase the production, and undertake the responsibility of the “ the rising of central part ” with“ the city turn of Wuhan” together, to develop the economy of Hubei.
