摘要
作为分散控制系统(DCS)与管理信息系统(MIS)之间的桥梁,厂级信息监控系统(SIS)以提高发电企业整体效益为目的,对于生产安全经济地运行具有十分重要的意义。实时数据库(RTDB)是SIS系统的核心,为其开发与应用提供了理想的平台,使其真正实现了管控一体化。文章重点讨论了在SIS系统中实时数据库技术的应用,对主流实时数据库进行了功能上的比较并提出了相关应用要求。
As the connection between DCS（Distributed Control System ） and MIS（Management Information System ）, SIS （Supervisory Information System） focuses on the total benefit of power plant and plays an important role in the process of production. RTDB（Real-time Database） is the kernel of SIS .As the flat floor of SIS, RTDB contributes a lot on the realization of combination of management and control. In this paper, we discuss the application of RTDB for SIS in power plant in detail and compare the main RTDBs, then put forward to some requests on the aoolications of RTDB.
