血管平滑肌细胞钙敏感性调控与休克血管低反应性发生的关系 被引量:1

摘要 血管平滑肌细胞钙敏感性调节是血管平滑肌舒缩调节的重要途径,Rho激酶、蛋白激酶C(PKC)和蛋白激酶G(PKG)是参与其中的关键分子。在休克等病理条件下,上述分子的活性发生变化,引起钙敏感性降低,从而导致了血管对缩血管物质的反应性降低,即血管的低反应性。 The regulation of calcium sensitivity is a major pathway to the contraction of vascular smooth muscle,Rho-kinase,PKC and PKG are the key regulators. Under pathologic condition such as shock,the activity of the above molecules changed and subsequently resuhed in calcium desensitization and vascular hyporeactivity.
