摘要
从飞机日历寿命确定的需要,进行了飞机日历翻修期、总日历寿命预计方法和预计公式研究,只要给出飞机使用腐蚀环境谱、腐蚀材料的TH曲线、自由腐蚀到临界损伤Dc的年限λ、一次有效防腐蚀层的年限λm和飞机翻修次数n,则飞机的日历翻修期和总日历寿命即可确定。
The predicting method and formula for determining calendar repaired period and total calendar life of aircraft are researched to meet the needs of determining calendar life of aircraft and the results related to them are given. As long as the used corrosion environment spectrum of aircraft, the T-H curve of corrosive materials, the number of year λ set for freely corroding up to critical damage Dc, the number of year λm set for available anticorrosive layer at a time and the repaired times of aircraft n are given, the calendar repaired period and total calendar life of aircraft can be determined.
