摘要
针对飞机在高空飞行环境对飞机结构的疲劳寿命的影响,进行了+50℃~-50℃温度的腐蚀试验研究。共做了3种航空材料(LY12CZ、LC4CZ铝合金和30CrMnSiA合金钢)的腐蚀试验,得到3条腐蚀温度T与腐蚀时间H的特性曲线,说明了临界腐蚀温度的存在,并分析出飞机在-50℃高空腐蚀环境下,腐蚀对飞机机体疲劳寿命基本没有影响。
As is now well known, corrosion environment has effect on the fatigue life of aircraft. In order to resolve the above-mentioned problem, the flight environment of aircraft which flies in high-altitude (-50°C is simulated in ground testing room and corrosion test and statistics are made for aeronautical metals. Here corrosion test curves of three kinds of aeronautical materials (LY12CZ, LC4CS aluminum alloy and 30CrMnSiA alloy steel) are given as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. It can be seen from the corrosion curves that there is on effect on the fatigue life of aircraft when the corrosion temperature is -50°C.
